What Is FMT
Fecal Microbiota Transplant (FMT) is a medical procedure that restores healthy bacteria in the gut by transferring microbiota (the community of beneficial microorganisms) from a carefully screened healthy donor into the intestines of a recipient.

FMT Treatment Plan
FMT Administration:
The Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT) will be performed using oral capsules. After a comprehensive evaluation of your child’s microbiota, the hospital will prepare personalized FMT capsules for home consumption. These capsules can be mixed with the juice in case if child can not swallow the capsules.
Combination with IVIG:
If you plan to combine FMT with Intravenous Immunoglobulin (IVIG) therapy — which is recommended in most cases — the FMT should be scheduled approximately two weeks after the IVIG treatment, typically following the second IVIG round.
Capsule Delivery:
The FMT capsules will be shipped to you within China.
Please note that due to medical regulations, the capsules cannot be taken abroad.
FMT Capsule Instructions
You will receive detailed instructions from the hospital along with your FMT capsules.
The capsules must be stored in a freezer and taken daily for five consecutive days.
